In the spring of 2009, join barbie as she opens a new nature preserve, in amazing place inspired by the story of Thumbelina. Thumbelina is a twiller bee, fun loving tiny people who live happily in nature. The twiller bees are exited to see the twiller babies who will blossom through flowers in only two days! Suddenly, a gigantic yellow animal with big shiny teeth takes a bite out of their beautiful meadow.

    Thumbelina and her friend are taken to a very strange place, a larish apartment in the city! Thumbelina and her friend conciously explore the wooden toy house and find out that the survival of the twiller babies flies with the young spoiled girl named Makhena.
